Kalamata – Stoupa – Itilo
The primary bus line serving Stoupa runs between the city of Kalamata and the village of Itilo (sometimes spelled Oitylo). This route passes through the coastal villages of the Mani.
- Destinations: The bus stops at Kardamyli, Stoupa, Agios Nikolaos, Agios Nikon, and terminates at Itilo.
- Frequency: Usually, there are 3 to 4 buses per day in each direction on weekdays, with a reduced service on weekends.
- Journey Time: It takes approximately 1 hour to travel between Kalamata and Stoupa.
