The restaurant’s terrace is especially popular for soaking up the sunset while enjoying delicious food.
Liastres is celebrated for its authentic Greek cuisine, using fresh, local ingredients like vegetables, daily-caught fish, and regional meats. Many dishes are served with Mani olive oil, adding a signature flavour that reminds you where you are. The menu features a variety of Mediterranean favorites – from expertly grilled pork and crackling to classic moussaka, meatballs and fresh sardines with those wonderful homemade chips. Our favourite is the kleftiko – slow-roasted lamb with potatoes and vegetables cooked together in parchment paper until meltingly tender.
Thr lunch menu is just as nice, with smaller dishes to quell your appetite as you soak up the sun on the small, secluded beach below the restaurant. We highly recommend the Nest Salad, packed with dried figs, crushed pistachio, feta cheese and balsamic dressing in a nest of raddicchio leaves.
